It took quite some time, but I finally was able to get the Wiki, powered by DokuWiki, up and running, and transfer over all of the documentation on the main site. The Wiki is now the place to go for all things related to the documentation of Wowhead Tooltips. This way I can keep everything centralized and modify it easily as necessary.
